First select Plan Type: Weight Loss, Maintenance or Weight Gain. RPM1000 then auto-fills all the other parameters.
Adjust Starting Weight and Date.
Adjust Target Weight by Body Weight (% loss) or different Body Mass Index ranges. The Date will be automatically calculated in accordance with Target Weight Loss.
Set current activity level both at Work and Leisure. RPM1000 calculates Basal Metabolic Rate (Metabolism), calories from activity level (Lifestyle Burn) and daily energy expenditure (Total Burn).
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PLAN
RPM1000 recommends Physical Activity such as Cardio and Strength as determined by the American Heart Association (AHA) and World Health Organization (WHO). Daily Steps are suggested as a complement to weekly Cardio and Strength activities to support weight loss targets.
DAILY NUTRITION PLAN
Food intake is calculated from the NIH model. Carbohydrates, sodium & water is also given.
