During our posted support hours, we will endeavour to respond to all patient support requests within 24 hours. However, many requests require research, and it can take us longer to answer some questions.

Our official support hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM EST. Please note: There are no official support hours on Saturday or Sunday.
